If your materials came from elsewhere, send them over and we'll tell you honestly whether they're ready.

*Application volume depends on the roles you're targeting, your desired locations, and what's posted in the market. Because far fewer senior roles are posted than individual-contributor roles, volume scales with your level: roughly 35 applications a week at the executive and director level, about 70 a week in mid-management, and around 90 a week at the manager and below level, typically 100 to 350+ a month. Application volume will vary week to week based on your filtering and targeting level and current market availability.
