Level 1: Setting Your Foundation For Success

Step 1: Meet with Kara Dennison, SPHR on a 45-Minute Zoom session to gain clarity on your next step, setting the tone for storytelling in your resume, LinkedIn, networking calls, and interviews. You'll also receive goals and a strategy to start setting you up for success in mapping out a roadmap for job search success

Step 2: Meet with Kara Dennison, SPHR on a 60-minute Zoom session to discuss your career history. You will receive a first draft of your new executive level resume within 7 days. Take advantage of up to 2 additional 15-minute revision zoom calls with Kara to make sure we're on the same page with telling your story on your resume.

Step 3: Meet with Jack Dennison for a 45-minute zoom session to set a routine that works for your current schedule so we can support you in maximizing your time and energy. Avoid "binging" the job search on the weekend and continue to live your life during this transformational chapter

*Bonus* For completing Level 1: receive a list of 500 decision makers and/or recruiters in your target industries & companies to jump start Level 2.

Level 2: Launching Your Search

Step 4: Receive custom content from Kara via email for your LinkedIn Profile that showcases your unique story and presents you as an industry leader. This will be paired with a profile audit video showing you best practices for maximizing your presence.

Step 5: Meet with Jack for a 45-minute zoom session to Customize your networking strategy and make the most of LinkedIn. Learn insider tips on how to navigate LinkedIn, get your questions answers, and get a boost in your mindset.

Step 6: Meet with Kara on a 45-minute Zoom session to start learning how to tell your story in interviews and networking calls. Practice your elevator pitch and receive coaching on how to elevate your storytelling.

Step 7: Put your storytelling into practice on a 45-minute interview prep session via zoom with Jack.

Level 3: Maintain Your Motivation

Step 8: Book 1 more 45-minute zoom session with Jack to be used for interview prep, mindset, accountability, routine adjustment, or LinkedIn navigation support.

Step 9: Book 1 more 45-minute zoom session with Kara to be used for interview prep, strategy, mindset, storytelling, or salary negotiation.
